Purpose of holding your data:

Your email address is collected for the purpose of direct marketing.  It is not held for any other purpose or distributed to any third parties. It will be used to send you the monthly newsletter only.

Data Transfer:

Retention of Data:

We will hold your data (email address) indefinitely or until such a time as you tell us you no longer want to hear from us. All newsletters will have the unsubscribe option which you may exercise at any time. We may periodically email you to “clean up” our list however this will only ever happen at a minimum of every 18-24 months.

Right of Access:

Using the contact details above, you may at any time request a copy of your data held by us.  We undertake to provide this to you within 10 working days but no later than a maximum of 30 days.
