Omar is a Syrian musician stationed upon a remote Scottish island, where he and other new arrivals await the results of their asylum claims. A broken arm leaves Omar feeling adrift as he can’t play his grandfather’s oud, which he has carried all the way from his homeland. Balancing comedy with melancholy, Limbo is a story about wanting to belong.
