Julie is a care-free young woman living in Oslo. As she approaches the age of thirty, she must deal with the expectation from others for her to become a mature adult, and finally make long-term decisions about what she wants to do in life and love. But resistant to growing up and reluctant to make any firm commitments, Julie decides she must be the “worst person in the world”.
