Public Transport Over Christmas

2019 – There are some changes to public transport over the Christmas season. Details are outlined below! For Christmas opening hours click here

Local Link Donegal

Service 983 Kinlough to Ballyshannon and Service 982 Sligo Rossnowlagh will operate as normal except 25th, 26th December and 1st January when there will be no service.

On 24th December the last departures will be

12:50 Kinlough to Ballyshannon

14:00 Ballyshannon to Kinlough

14:30 Sligo to Rossnowlagh

14:30 Rossnowlagh to Sligo

Bus Eireann – no services on Christmas Day – Wednesday December 25th.

26 December 2019

All services will operate to a Sunday timetable, although the following Sunday Expressway services will not be running on 26 December: Route 64 – 0625 Donegal-Sligo 0735 Sligo-Derry

27 to 30 December 2019

All services will be running to a normal timetable

31 December 2019

Until 2200, all services will be running to a normal timetable

1 January 2020

All services will operate to a Sunday timetable
