Tullan Strand can be described as a surfer’s paradise. Voted in 2016 by Red Bull as Ireland’s best beginner surf beach, this vast strand provides one of the county’s most beautiful unspoilt beaches and is popular with water-sports users and other leisure users.
The beach covers a distance of over 2km (as far as the Erne Estuary) and is accessible via Tullan Strand Road at the East End of Bundoran.
A number of surf schools operate at Tullan Strand and boards may also be rented out.
