Bundoran Golf Club, one of the oldest golf clubs in Ireland is situated overlooking Donegal Bay on the Wild Atlantic Way. Our golfer friendly Course with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean on one side and with a backdrop of the magnificent Dartry Mountains, presents a challenge to all golfers.

Bundoran,  a challenging Par 70, is a clifftop links on a headland jutting out into the bay. As you wind your way around the Course you may see surfers, seals and many visitors enjoying the famous Roguey Walk.

If the wind rises, this will make for some interesting shots. We are confident you will enjoy our Course and will leave Bundoran delighted that you took on the challenge of this Harry Vardon designed Golf Course whose philosophy was “ to give pleasure to golfers of all degrees of ability”. We believe this links Course with firm fast greens will do just that .

With twenty five 18 hole and fourteen 9 hole Courses from which to choose,  at Bundoran you are never more than a short drive from a Championship Course.

The magnificent and spectacular Wild Atlantic Way coastline provides the perfect landscape and backdrop for these golf courses which has attracted wonderful course designers such as Old Tom Morris, Braid, Vardon, Colt and Allison who left their early footprints.

They were followed in due course by Hackett, Merrigan, Steele, Craddock, Ruddy and Darren Clarke.

Donegal Bay provides the ideal jumping off point to explore and take on the challenge of these Courses.

County Donegal has the largest number of links Courses in Ireland and no matter where you go in the county you will not be far away from the best Ireland has to offer!
