Waterworld reopening on April 9th
Waterworld reopening! Ireland’s premier indoor aqua adventure playground Waterworld in Bundoran is set to reopen on Saturday 9th April. It follows the facility being forced to remain closed for both the 2020 and 2021 seasons due to Covid-19.
In a post on the facility’s Facebook page, the team at Waterworld announced they would be reopening in time for Easter on Saturday 9th of April.
The indoor waterpark is also recruiting for staff for the 2022 season via their website www.waterworldbundoran.com/recruitment with jobs from lifeguards to complex supervisors and more all available.
Bundoran Tourism Officer Shane Smyth commented “it’s wonderful news that Waterworld is once again in a position to open and this year one week earlier than normal so guests can avail of the full two weeks of Easter to visit the facility which is the town’s largest indoor tourist attraction. We wish Anderson and the team all the best with their preparations for reopening in a few months time.”
