(Donegal – Cavan – Dublin Airport– Dublin City)
Faster journey times to Dublin & extra service departures

Bus Éireann will introduce a new route 30 / X30 timetable from Sunday, 11 February 2018. The enhanced timetable will offer additional services between Donegal – Ballyshannon – Enniskillen – Cavan – Virginia – Dublin Airport – Dublin City and provide a service every 90 minutes in each direction throughout the day.

These extra services will give visitors to Bundoran a greater choice of options for travelling to the seaside town. Many of the services will connect with the Local Link service offering direct connectivity to Bundoran. For more on Getting to Bundoran click here

Faster journeys to/from Dublin Airport

The new timetable provides a total of 13* services per day – in each direction – between the North West and Dublin Airport/Dublin City. These will offer a journey time of under 3.5 hours between Donegal and Dublin Airport on luxury coaches.

For those travelling from Donegal catching early flights from Dublin Airport, we now offer early morning services at 0100, 0230, 0400 and 0530, saving overnight accommodation costs and allowing customers plenty of time to check in, shop or relax before their early flight departures.

Get there in comfort and value

Customers can forget about fuel, parking, and toll costs, and the holiday can commence as soon as you step onto our Expressway coach. With free Wi-Fi, extra comfort seats and charging points, travel stress-free and in style. Family return tickets offer the best value, with two adults and three kids covered for as little as €55 from Cavan or €64 from Donegal to Dublin Airport.

“The New 30/X30 service is being introduced in response to customer feedback for shorter journey times travelling from the North West to Dublin Airport/Dublin City, “said Seán Forde, Product Manager, Expressway, Bus Éireann. It provides customers travelling from there with quicker, more convenient and affordable access to Dublin Airport and Dublin City.”

*13 return trips per day between Donegal and Dublin.

Seven of these are the new faster X30 express services with limited stops while the other six will continue to serve all locations including Beleek, Bellanaleck, Derrylin, Belturbet and Butlersbridge.
