Easter Opening times across Bundoran

Bundoran is open for the Easter season and here’s a list of opening hours for our various attractions and providers.  As we get more information, we will add to this post!

Pay and Display operational in Bundoran from Good Friday

With the visitor season set to get off to a busy start in Bundoran this Easter weekend, we would like to remind locals and visitors that the Pay and Display parking comes into operation again in Bundoran on Good Friday 14 April 2017.

Drivers are reminded to pay and display in Council car parks and on the street in Bundoran from Friday on.

Please remember to check signage and road markings for any restrictions that may apply.

By law, alcohol cannot be purchased on Good Friday (some exceptions) so most pubs will be closed. However some pubs will be open to serve food.

Donegal Adventure Centre All activities / camps open on Good Friday / Easter Monday and all through weekend.

Homefield Rock Hostel Open across the weekend

Footgolf will open Good Friday and be open Easter week then – weekends from now on

Madden’s Bridge Bar – open for food 12:30pm – 8pm on Good Friday (no alcohol served). Normal opening times across the weekend

Grand Central Hotel – open for the 2017 full time from Good Friday – food served in the bar.

The Bike Stop & Small Engine Repairs – Good Friday 9am till 2.45pm. Re-open Saturday @9am till 6pm. Easter Sunday 11am till 4pm. Easter Monday 11am till 4pm. Normal hours Tuesday 9am till 6pm.

Bank of Ireland – Offering Full Cash Facilities this Thursday before the weekend – Closed Good Friday – reopening Tuesday 18th April.

Bundoran Adventure Park – Daily 1pm – 7pm from Good Friday all Easter week until Sunday 23rd April

Star Bingo – We are closed Holy Thursday (13th April).  Open Good Friday with main book payout €2000 – Usual time 8.15pm. Closed Saturday and open Easter Sunday night.

Allingham Arms Hotel – open Good Friday for lunch from 12:30pm. Doors open for Richie Remo dance at 10pm. Music in Coolmore Bar from 9:30pm with Shane Shovlin. Hotel open as normal all Easter weekend and will close on Tuesday 18th around noon. Entertainment also listed here

Donegal Equestrian Centre – open all over the Easter weekend and school holidays including Sundays and Bank Holidays. Open daily 9am – 5pm.

Waterworld – opens Good Friday at midday and is open daily from 12pm – 6pm (last entry 5pm) until Sunday 23rd April. Subsequently open Saturdays and Sundays for the month of May (including May Bank Holiday 1st May) and then open daily from June 1st until September. (June open 12pm-6pm – last entry 5pm, July & August open 10am-7pm-last entry 6pm)

Bundoran Seaweed Baths – opens Good Friday at midday and is open daily from 12pm – 6pm (last entry 5pm) until Sunday 23rd April. Subsequently open Saturdays and Sundays for the month of May (including May Bank Holiday 1st May) and then open daily from June 1st until September. (June open 12pm-6pm – last entry 5pm, July & August open 10am-7pm-last entry 6pm)

Murf’s Surf School – open every day through the holidays

Stakes Restaurant – Open this week Mon 10th – Thu 13th 5pm-10pm, Good Friday 14th 4pm (approx) – 10pm. Easter Saturday/Easter Sunday/Easter Monday 12pm – 10pm. Tues 18th – Fri 21st 5pm – 10pm, Sat 22nd/Sun 23rd 12pm-10pm.

Holyrood Hotel – Open as normal. Food served Good Friday and across the weekend.

Bundoran Globowl – Open From 2pm Daily From Monday 10th April Onwards For the Easter Break.. Open From 4pm On Good Friday & From 12 Midday Thereafter For Easter Week

Dizzy’s Den – Open from Tues 11th April to Sat 16th April from 10am last entry at 5pm. Easter Sunday and Bank holiday Mon noon to 5pm. Tuesday 18th April to Sat 22nd April 10am last entry at 5pm. Sunday 23rd noon last entry at 5pm. Closing each evening at 6pm.

Fox’s Lair Restaurant – Open Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 11th-13th April 5pm-9pm. Closed Good Friday. Easter Saturday open 5pm-9pm, Easter Sunday 1pm-5pm.

Cara Pharmacy – Open as Normal on Good Friday. Saturday is 9am – 6.30pm. Sunday is 11.30am – 6.30pm. Monday (same as sunday).

HardyBaker – Open regular hours 9.30-5 from weds-fri, and for all day brunch as usual 10-5 Saturday and Sunday. Closed on Easter Monday.

Bundoran Tourist Office – Open Monday to Friday 09:30am-5:00pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00am-5:00pm
