Travel Channel announces pumpkin casting call!

A producer from the US based Travel Channel wants to talk to local families in the Bundoran area about their exploits with carving pumpkins around Halloween time.

The producer Jen has issued the following casting call:

CASTING CALL: Are you an expert or amateur pumpkin carver? Do you carve with friends, family, a loved one? Are you interested in sharing your designs on international TV? If so we want to hear from you! Please send photos of you and your carving companions, photos of past works and use the subject line “BEST IN PUMPKIN” to jen@simplealien.com.

Bundoran Tourism Officer Shane Smyth said ‘we were delighted to get the call from the Travel Channel and we hope to be working with them in the very near future on this project. I would encourage all budding pumpkin carvers to get in touch with Jen so that she has plenty of choice to work with.
